Questions
Dubai · 911s onlyWhat does District 911 do?
District 911 is an independent photography and film studio in Dubai that works exclusively with Porsche 911s. It produces vertical social reels, long-form YouTube films, still photography, and manages full car makeovers covering wheels, wraps, paint protection film, interiors and stance.
How much does a 911 photoshoot cost in Dubai?
District 911 has three paid tiers and one free one. Golden Hour is AED 750 for forty-five minutes at one location and 8 edited stills, never published. A Session is from AED 2,500 and covers two locations, 10 edited stills, a vertical reel and a long-form cut, delivered within seven days. Makeovers are quoted per car. The studio also runs two free features a month, where it shoots a 911 at one location and the owner keeps every frame.
Is the free 911 feature really free?
Yes, no money changes hands. District 911 shoots two free features a month, one per car. The owner receives 5 edited stills and one vertical reel with full rights, and the studio publishes the work on its own channels. The one condition is that the owner posts the reel and tags the studio — that is the trade, and it is what makes the free tier worth running. Owners who would rather keep their car off social entirely should book Golden Hour instead, which is never published.
Which Porsche 911 generations does District 911 shoot?
All of them, air-cooled and water-cooled. That covers the 901, 930, 964, 993, 996, 997, 991 and 992 generations, including GT3, Turbo and Carrera variants. District 911 does not shoot cars other than the Porsche 911.
Where in Dubai does District 911 shoot?
Around Dubai and up to an hour outside it. Regular locations include the Jebel Jais mountain road at sunrise, Al Qudra, the lower parking decks in DIFC at night, Sheikh Zayed Road before dawn and Dubai Autodrome. The studio also serves Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
Who owns the photos and videos?
The car owner does. District 911 hands over every edited frame with full rights on both free features and paid sessions. On a paid session nothing is published without the owner's approval first.
How do I book District 911?
Send the request form on district911.com or message the studio on WhatsApp at +971 52 580 0521. Replies usually come the same day. The studio is one 911 owner with a camera, so the person who answers is the person who turns up to the shoot.
How long does delivery take?
Seven days for a paid session. Free features are delivered on the studio's own schedule, since they are fitted around paid work.
